The price is high, there are many better hotel nearby, for the same price (or less price!)! It is a pitty!

Great location, nice room, good value

Location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city and action areas.

Room was a bit congested with too much furniture and less room to walk around. Towel rail was right near the WC. I banged my head on it 3 times during the one night stay. There was no hook to hang the clothes in the bathroom!

Supply is not enough, like toilet rows. We have three people even they charged from the booking time but shower gel and toilet papers always need phone requests.

Happy with my choice, very friendly staff, they speak well English, perfect location, good breakfast

Location is perfect if you want to discover the night life of Sukhumvit area. The staff is very friendly an cooperative. I stayed there 2 times within 2 weeks. The second time I had to shorten my stay there from 3 to 2 nights, they were willing to change without extra costs. It's at walking distance from the Nana BTS station so fairly easy to travel around the city. Big shopping mall Terminal21 is nearby.

The building has an older and newer part I believe. My second stay was in the older part, although I got an upgrade, the room was less that the one before. It was als a smokers room, or people smoked in it.

Very comfortable and enjoyable.

Location good if you want to be near Sukhumvit road. Only a two minute walk to Nana BTS. Very good choice of restaurants on Soi 11. It is a busy tourist location which I like but may not suit everyone.

Great place and great value.

We rented 3 rooms for our family to decompress after a long flight. The rooms were clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of great coffee options close by.

The rooms are listed as non smoking but clearly had been smoked in but the staff placed filters in the hallway which helped a lot. Bring noise canceling headphones as a party went on locally till about 4:00 a.m. The super comfy bed made up for it.

It felt like a prison.

It felt like a prison. My room was in the building that used to be the parking tower. Transformed into a 2nd hotel building with utter disregard to rooms sizes and whether there was natural light or not. Toilet leaked. Reported it twice . Not fixed. An upgrade would’ve have been an extra £40 per night

Tucked away in a small quiet side street, but less than a 5...

Tucked away in a small quiet side street, but less than a 5 minute walk to BTS Nana. Polite, Knowledgeable staff, with a good command of English. Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Great value for money Hotel in the middle of the action on the Sukhumvit.

Only dislike was the access to the room and I did have trouble getting the refrigerator turned down, I need to be below 2 degrees and as the beer and coke where warm I think it must have been around 6 or higher. Eventually the guy turned it down, better not to have had a fridge in the room if they have it above 2 ,can't even keep milk cold

The location was the only thing but that would not convince...

The location was the only thing but that would not convince me to stay again

I booked a superior double and what they put me in could best be described as a very very ordinary double so small you couldn't swing a cat and it was not in the main building When I suggested the room was Inferior they argued it wasn't. So I checked out after 1night and booked another property and guess what they tried to get me to stay by offering me the quality room I had expected in the 1st place I didn't take up the offer. And finally I will never stay there again or recommend them. Finally I think Booking.Com needs to give out better information on properties they recommend

Staff at front desk wasnt friendly. Taxj i request had to go through "tour" group which was a rip off. Taxi to Old Siam mall cost us thaibaht 300 and driver dropped us at wrong location. costed us more to get to intended location! our return journey to hotel was under 100bhat. Hospitality was cold , so unlike Thai hospitality. NO welcome drink, NO water dispenser at lobby. Water request to room max 2 bottles a day? have been in bangkok countless times and never experienced this hospitality. Room phone wasn't functioning.

Nice hotel in good location

Helpful staff allowed us to check in early. Location is good for bars/restaurants/markets and right next to a bts station.

Room had no window. Was offered one with a window but that room was very small, not really big enough for 2 people!

Convenient location and beautiful city view

I enjoyed my stay. The wide window down to the floor with the open view on the city is something I liked very much. The room was clean, of good size, sound proof and a joy to come back to after a sticky day in the streets of Bangkok.

The desk area in the room was directly in the flow of the air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to work for a long time because of the draft. TV Channel choice… if you’re not into anxiogenic news channels, fighting sports and local Thai programs, there’s nothing much to watch. Channel choice could be improved. Breakfast had extensive choice, but I would have liked to see more fruit and healthy options. There were for example bananas, but only decorative ones in plastic! In my opinion, hotel breakfasts need to evolve from the standard buffet to something more of our times, but without falling into the hype of instagrammable smoothie bowls. Just focus on well prepared fresh and healthy food. Dry bacon sitting under a hot lamp is a thing of the past. I felt that the staff was somewhat under pressure and stressed which didn’t leave me with a good feeling. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff should be attentive to the human beings before the tasks. They were nonetheless friendly and polite.
